Return and Refund Policy

Overview
All products are made to order. Because each item is custom printed specifically for the customer, returns and exchanges are limited to certain situations described below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement item at no additional cost or provide a full refund, depending on the situation. In most cases, the original item does not need to be returned.

Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement order to be sent.

Incorrect Size or Customer Error
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, ordering mistakes, or changes of mind. Customers are encouraged to review the size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds or replacements, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the claim is reviewed and approved. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
